Sunday Night Lights is a FREE event for every child who has braved the journey of a serious childhood disease. Sibling and family participation is encouraged as well.

Your hero (or heroes!) can choose how they would like to shine… marching band member, flag football player, cheerleader, dance team member or a VIP fan in the stand!

Is there an age limit?

We welcome patients and their siblings ages 2-18!
Is it safe?

Yes! We realize there are many things to consider when participating in any event. We welcome special requests and will try our best to accommodate. The football game is set up as a flag football game (so no tackling!). Kids are welcome to participate as much or as little as they feel they can. Our high school “buddies” are well informed of the needs of their special “heroes” and are willing to help! Every possible measure is taken to ensure the kids get the fun and the experience that is comfortable for them. Please do no hesitate to contact us with any questions and concerns!
Are the carnival games too challenging?

No. They are set up by wonderful volunteers, Boy Scouts, School Clubs, Girl Scouts, Church groups and Community Organizations. The games are designed to be fun and entertaining while appealing to most age groups. Each game has small prizes for participating or for just stopping by to say “Hi!”
What if my child wants to come, but does not want to participate with football, band, dance and cheer during the game?

That’s great too! You are welcome to sign up to come enjoy the carnival games and dinner and then make your way to the field to join the fans in the stands as a VIP guest! We ask that you register so we have an accurate count for planning purposes.
How do I register?

Scroll up to click the registration tab. Please make sure you complete a registration form for each child from your family who would like to participate as an SNL hero.
What if we already registered, but now can't make it on that day?

We understand. Go ahead and pre-register if your child is at all interested in participating. If something comes up, just send us a quick email saying you won't be able to make it so we can let your child's buddy know. Send to: sundaynightlightsmo@gmail.com
What if we can't stay for the entire event?

No problem! Come for as long as you can. This day is for you!

SNL BUDDIES

Our SNL Buddies are the heart of Sunday Night Lights! Upon registration, each participant is paired with a Lindbergh High School senior who will be their personal Sunday Night Lights event escort, ambassador and for many, a lifelong friend.
